Youth Ministry
Word Up is the Jr High and High School ministry of our church. As Word Up, we focus on three
things:
1. Lifting Up the Word - glorifying the Lord
(upward)
2. Arming Up with the Word - girding for the battle
(inward)
3. Filling Up with the Word - giving the truth to others (outward)
This year our focus is found in Philippians 1:10 - That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;
- Choosing the things that are excellent - those things that will remain at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
- To be sincere in our relationship with the Lord - choosing personally to follow the Lord.
- To be without offence - obeying God's Word that has been committed to us so we can be blameless.
